Please allow up to 2-3 days to process your order. Processing may be delayed due to inclement weather conditions

Domestic orders have the following options:
– USPS First-Class (5-7 days) from $3.75 – $4.75
– USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope/Small Box (2-3 days) @ $6.95
– USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Box (for orders over $500 and/or 8oz) @ $14.99
Parcels come with complimentary Delivery Confirmation Tracking # (www.usps.com)

International orders have the following options:

– USPS First Class International Package (delivery time average 2-6 weeks)   
   (Tracking to some countries) from $13.25 (up to 8oz) – $24.00US

**NEW! International customers with a shopping cart subtotal of $25US will only be charged $5.95 shipping!

– USPS Priority International Flat-Rate Envelope/Small Box (average 5-10 business days)       
   (Tracking to most countries) @ $33.95US

– USPS Priority International Box (average 5-10 business days) Starts @ $44.00US

DELIVERY

Upon completion you will receive an e-mail stating your package has been shipped. If you are using spam-filtering please make sure that orders@brickforge.com has access to your inbox. Domestic orders are assigned a USPS tracking number; International orders are only assigned a USPS customs/confirmation number. If you created an account you can log into the BrickForge store and view your orders/tracking numbers at any time. Please visit http://www.usps.com to track your package.

- International orders are sometimes held up in customs. If your order has not arrived in a timely fashion, please check with your local customs/postal authorities first.
- If the Delivery Confirmation number lists your package as delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local USPS station.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, especially ones sent to a PO Box.

Please understand that if your package remains undelivered or lost (especially to a foreign address) we cannot reship to the same address. If lost packages are a result of an incorrect shipping address entered during checkout we can not be responsible, but will work with you to resolve the issue.
