The nitrate melted and mixed with the sandy beach to form an opaque liquid. Over the next millennium jar makers used this liquid to glaze pots & vases until the art of glassblowing introduced all glass containers. Fast-forward several hundred of years to the industrial revolution when the Square Bottle was used all over to contain concoctions ranging from spirits to snake-oil. These vital vessels are useful in any environment and feature five standard connection points useful for gripping, stacking, capping or attaching other compatible elements.
