Holstien cattle are iconic as the world's leading dairy-producing animal. The Ayrshire is a breed of dairy cattle originating from Ayrshire in Scotland. They are known for their reddish brown markings, ability to convert grass into milk efficiently, and hardiness. A Beret is a soft round cap often worn by military forces, police units or the sensibly chic. Berets were originally worn by the Northern Basque peasants in Southern France and first used as a military headdress by the French Chasseurs alps in in the early 1880s.
