Sale & Purchase
The sale of BrickForge items is limited to this Site and other select retail vendors. All sales are final. Refunds will only be granted if you failed to receive your entire order, we are unable to fill your order or you received a defective product. We can not accommodate over-the-phone ordering or in-person pickup at this time. Please review our recommendations when placing an order.
Minimum Order Amount
Please be aware that there is a $10US minimum order amount.
All prices are in US Currency (Dollar$). Payment via PayPal (no eChecks) or Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express). We do not accept cash in the mail.
Your bank will always place a temporary hold on any funds used for payment – including failed transactions. For example, if you use a debit card during checkout and the first attempt failed, while the second went through, your statement will show two amounts being held. The first charge is merely a temporary hold and will disappear after 24 hrs. You will not be charged more than once for your order.
Credit Card Gift Cards
When using credit card-based gift card (Visa, MC, etc) you must first call the number on the card and register your to that card name prior to use. We can not process gift cards that do not have a name associated with them.
Please also note that our merchant processing system charges a $1.00 fee when processing gift cards. If you have a $20 gift card and you try to purchase something that costs $20 it will be declined. It is recommended to leave $1 or $2 free.
If paying with PayPal, please make sure your account balance exceeds the amount of your order. For Credit Card transactions please insure that the billing information on your credit card matches the billing info during checkout. If they do not match you order will be declined. BrickForge enlists the help of Paypal Websites Payments Pro thus we are unable to provide specific reasons as to why a transaction was declined. The best we can offer is an error code from the store transaction log. You may cross reference the error code with PayPal’s master API error list. When using credit card-based gift cards please read the above section.
BrickForge Gift Certificates are great for birthdays & special celebrations. Choose to send certificate code via e-mail or have a Gift Card delivered in person via USPS postal service. Redemption occurs during checkout by selecting Gift Certificate as payment method. Enter your Gift Certificate ID and click Submit Order. Gift Certificates act like cash and will subtract from your total order amount – including tax & shipping. Unused balances can be used on subsequent orders until the entire amount is redeemed.
Upon completion you will receive an e-mail stating your package has been shipped. If you are using spam-filtering please make sure that email@example.com has access to your inbox. Domestic orders are assigned a USPS tracking number; International orders are only assigned a USPS customs/confirmation number. If you created an account you fcan log into the BrickForge store and view your orders/tracking numbers at any time. Please visit http://www.usps.com to track your package.
- International orders are sometimes held up in customs. If your order has not arrived in a timely fashion, please check with your local customs/postal authorities first.
- If the Delivery Confirmation number lists your package as delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local USPS station.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, especially ones sent to a PO Box.
All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable. We do not have the resources to process returns due to unwanted merchandise. We are happy to replace defective products. See Warranty & Guarantee.
Delivery times are estimated (not guaranteed) by the USPS; thus BrickForge will not reimburse customers for later-than-expected delivery.

We are celebrating continuing growth which means shoppers will occasionally find products out-of-stock. To assist customers we have implemented a back-in-stock notification system which allows you to receive an e-mail message the instant an item is back in stock. You should also frequent the BrickForge forums for special stock announcements. We will not respond to correspondence inquiring when certain items are back in stock. Generally, items that are not listed as Limited Editions or retired are restocked within 45 days.
None of our products are accompanied by any type of warranty; however, we are happy to replace defective products.
BrickForge makes no guarantee that our products are compatible with other manufacturers. We strive to insure proper dimension and fitment but have no control over variations that may occur in items produced by other manufacturers.
BrickForge products are small parts intended to be handled by those ages 14 and up. Several parts contain mildly sharp edges and should not be handled by children or used as actual weaponry. Plastic constitutes ABS material and is free from hazardous substances.

Product photos simulate possible usage and appropriate scale with the help of minifig models affectionately called ‘miniquins. These miniquins are NOT for sale and are NOT included with the purchase of the product it represents.
