This is one of the troopers from the 177th Korkasian Infantry. Korkas, while being a desert world, is slightly more distant from it's star that Earth-norm. Korkas is home to a number of large mammalian species, making it an ideal training ground for the sector's light and medium infantries.
Korkas also has a higher than usual conscription rate towards the ISA's Imperial Regiments, due to the impoverished nature of it's citizens. Many families see Regimental service as one of the few avenues to successfully escape the destitute world.
This infantryman is armed with a projective rifle, and basic engagement and armor kit. And I hope you like the basic vig. I tried a few images of the fig by itself, and I wasn't that excited by the way it looked. I hoped that the mini-background would accentuate the scheme of the fig. I'll also point out that the vig isn't Korkas. But since I only had a vig with a tree and no time to build a new base, I just decided to roll with it.
