I won a $15.00 gift certificate for the Flickr drawing last year. (12/26/11) The email said it expires after 12 months, but I tried using it today and it didn't work. (I found it in my email a few days ago and realized I should use it before it expires!)
Help?

Make sure you use it as a "gift certificate" and not a "coupon". This was the problem most people had when trying to use it. I'll contact Armothe to see if something can be done. Looking at the store site, it says:


I can't guarantee anything, but I'll see what I can do. Try again using the "gift certificate" option.

I think I used it as a gift certificate, I'll try again to make sure. Although I guess I need to wait until tomorrow since it's closed today...

It's working now, I was trying to put it in the coupon area since I didn't read all the way through the instructions on the gift certificate email...I need to pay better attention next time.

Excellent. Glad it worked. I meant the actual store was closed. I wasn't sure if this would have anything to do with the site, except that bringing it to Armothe's attention might be difficult with him having his hands full.
