Let's go with sentinal's plan. My other ideas involved the shovel and digging an underground fortress, cutting down anything we could with the axe, or something with a monkey. None of which seems feasible or relevant to the plot at the moment.

It's going to be at least a couple days till I post the next part because the camera I use, my sisters, has been taken to a place far far away till Sunday at least. So I'll post when I can though. And an underground fortress would be really really cool. Don't think you have the skills to do it at the moment though. Maybe if you trained under a dwarf for a while or something. Speaking of which, I need to finish and post a map so you guys kind of know where you can go if you want instead of just, hmm, lets go that way.

That works out swimmingly for me. I have to go out of town for the weekend and will have limited internet access at best. As for the digging and underground fortress, the original idea in my head was a reference to Minecraft. Don't really know why it was in my head, but it was.
Hooray for a map! I was just thinking we needed something like that and was considering drawing one out for myself as we progressed.

Map is drawn, well, a map of areas that could possibly pertain to you in the near future at least. There are not going to be Elves. There are dwarves, and Orcs, and various other vile creatures. The closest thing you're going to find to an Elf are the Valan. They are an extremely militaristic country. Seeing as they live next to the Orcs and things. Map

You go back to your house and take out your key.

Image

You unlock your chest and grab your stuff. A 10 coin, a 20 coin, and a 40 coin. A lucky charm. And your dress.

Image

You go back to the Blacksmith and give the horse the apple. It eats it contentedly.

Image

The blacksmith gives you a hammer.
"'ere ya are ma'am. You be careful with this ya 'ear. It do be pretty heavy." he says.
