Alright... I'm not a huge fan of WIP posts... BUT I'm pretty excited about this so far and had a couple ideas/questions to ask.

The way the mini is going to ride the Choco is what I'm trying to figure out. I'm thinking either the way the horse is with a section cut out... like I have started... OR by taking apart a old lego motorcycle and cutting it all up and making that work. That way you'll be able to see the minis legs like the real deal. I figured you guys would have some good insight for me :D

Don't mind the messy work station and little Clayface mini in the back :P

WOW! That is really nice looking. I like what you are doing there. I think what you already starting doing (cutting out a place like the horse) is a good idea. You probably wont see the legs anyways because of the wings. TLG's saddle pretty much hides legs too. But i really love it. Where did you get the head for it? I can see you added stuff to the ostrich but wow very nice! 8o

It's coming along nicely! I would've just had them sit on top of the bird, I'm lazy. ;)

Hahaha thanks gentlemen! The head is still the Ostrich head with some milliputtty on it to sculpt a new beak and make the head a little larger... I used the Dino hunter little "lizard" like dinosaur for the legs... lots more milliputty there too and more putty on the chest. In all I'm up to about 7-8 hours actually working on it... in my hands.

Lots and lots and LOTS of practice... :D I started out as a master play'doh handler at the age of 3... moved up a notch to clay... and by the time I was 20 I was pretty good at sculpting all kinds of things!
