Here I am at age 45 and I still enjoy building Legos. I have enjoyed all the Lego video games so far (even Indiana Jones 2) as they are non-violent, well... at least non-bloody violent, and great fun. I recently found the Brickquest site and am currently putting together a dungeon to run my unwitting gaming group through.

My 44th birthday is next month. I don't do the video games but our LUG has had some fun with an adapted form of BrickWars (the key is large cups of trans-red 1x1 round plates for blood when figs are killed.)

Welcome to the forums. There are a few of us over 30 here. Besides myself and Armothe, there is Shmails, MinifigCharmed, Asterios, and Armanachi that I can think off the top of my head. Stick around and share some of your creations.

I have been over 30 for quite some time. ;)

I would say that some of the best builders I know are over 30. Not all of them, but most.

As for Brikwars (Yes it is Brik) the rules can be fun if you remember the game is designed to not be taken seriously. When you include rules like the Rule of Fudge, well it is a low key fun time type game.
