That geisha/"kimono girl" looks absolutely amazing. At first glance I thought that was a black and white photo with some digital editing. Truly impressive drawing skills being shown there.

As a side note, the geisha may be my favorite minifig of Series 4 so I personally found this picture to be a double win.
