If you mean these two pieces...

...then yep, they fit fine. The helmet sits on the head the same as it would without the armor.

Actually my sig-fig is wearing that exact same outfit, I will be sure to post ow it fits shortly. As Morgan wrote, it fits fine. Its a very good substitute for SM armor till you buy it. Or just for O.D.S.T armor.
