It's very hard to know what flickr picture your talking about, for most people anyway.
Luckily, I am a ninja and was reading over your shoulders when you posted this so I knew what you were talking about.
Please provide a link next time, for simplicities sake :)

Now, I'm going to assume you mean ChocoBricks Customs (Omicron)'s figures. That's an Arealight beard.

The beard is one of Arealight's older pieces when things were done by hand couple years back. He isn't currently selling them. So they are rare.

Its an amazing piece and would love to get my hands on 1... but cant find them anywhere.

I wish they would re-make the piece... but there must have been a reason... OR just to make it rare amongst collectors.

Most likely just has not gotten around to it. Arealight has been focusing on the SW clone armor and such.
