Depending on what pieces they introduce from series 1 the $9.99 might be worth it to build 3 guys... the little packs are already $2.99 a piece... so as long as its good stuff then it would be worth it. (Maybe some Zombie heads!)

I've never seen the minifig bar before and can't find it on the lego site. Can someone post a link?

Its only in the retail stores really... You can buy seperate minifig pieces in the Pick-A-Brick that the Lego shop offers... but the one Asterios is talking about is a big round yellow table in the stores that has little bins of misc minifig parts and you build 3 figs and pay $9.99 for them.

Hope that helps

Oooooh okay. Gotcha. Never been to a lego store. I tried while I was close to Chicago a few months ago, but ended up not working out.

Oooooh! This IS exciting news! I'm definitely going to have to swing by the LEGO Store in Arundel Mills (the closest one to where I live) and check it out.... I definitely could use some more Explorer torsos (for my Federal Army figs), CowBoys (for the Lone Star Republic Rangers) and Forestmen Torsos (for my elves).... Interestingly enough, that LEGO store had a whole pile of Series 1 Cheerleader heads as early as last September... I made sure to get a pile of them (those heads alone go for almost $2 each on BrickLink) every time I went to that store. Sadly, they seem to be sold out of them right now....

Well for starters I think their talking about the accesories that came with the CMF series one, not the figs themselves, but I could be wrong, but on the other hand this goes against everything LEGO was saying about CMF's that they would be one shot deals.

Indeed. "We won't sell them like normal pieces!"

And then Ron in the HP sets completely violates this.

And so do the PQ mummies. They're not exactly like the CM mummy, but they're close enough to make the CM one obsolete.

How do they make it obsolete? Better together. Personally I would rather use the CM mummy for a horror mummy, wheras the PM ones are (fittingly) slick adventure baddies.

Hmmm... perhaps you're right. It did look more "horror-esque" than the PQ ones.

Both the mummys are great looking... I use the CM mummys more as "foot soldiers" the lesser in the group... and my jackals are the "elite" in the group.

Hopefully they will be selling the minifigs... but it could just be accesories... but I'm not sure what all they would sell... maybe the club and pom-poms?
