Can it be any bad guy it doesn't have to be called "villain"??

As long as he is the main bad guy, or a very prominent bad guy in the movie, that is fine. Villain is just a classy way of saying bad guy. :P

The key is: The greatest movie villain (or bad guy). That can be a non-human, mutant, walking dead, what have you, as long as you consider the character to be one bad mother figure! :9 Most of the time this is the main antagonist, but if you feel someone who was a henchman or something fits, go for it!

but what about something like Jaws (not bond but the shark) he was a bad mofo and could be construed as a bad guy.

or the Alien Queen and so on.
