I believe we all agree that when we place our figs on supposedly running horses, we feel a little disappointed that the horse is not running. ;)

There for, I have made this suggestion 'cause TLC's horse does not appear to be running.

Very good idea!! Maybe a little bit of an angry looking face too. Your just chuck full of ideas for weapons and accesories and everything!

I agree, a very good idea. But by a running horse do you mean moving parts and pivots? Because that would be even better!

I originally wasn't going for the hinges, but just a posed horse figurine. :)

So without hinges you mean sort of just a horse posed with legs far apart and head up or something? Because that, I likey!

There are some good brickbuilt horse designs out there if you're into that. Personally I prefer brickbuilt animals.

The top brown horse is Awesome! I've seen some amazing brick built animals before... the only problem is how fragile they can be... Lots of small pieces that like to come loose and give you difficulties.

I would say the top brown one is likely quite fragile, but the ones I've built (second from the bottom and my own design) are pretty sturdy. Gambort's looks similar to those, too.
Not as sturdy as the solid LEGO horses, of course.

The problem is a galloping horse usually only has one (sometimes two) hoof on the ground at a time. Would make for a really unstable animal, don'tcha think?
