The drawings must be of a LEGO Pirate(s) minifig with at least one BF accessory.(the last art contest was castle-y, so I figured this would be good for variety and make it easier to judge, since theme favoritism won't affect the poll)

That's very neat, Khopesh! The only thing I see is his sword arm is a bit short, but other than that, it's really exceptional.

About picture quality: You can run it in GIMP or Photoshop, if you like. As long as your not up against HK, who's da 'Shop Master, don't expect the other guy to be much better at 'shopping than you.
