This will mainly be for ninjago, ninjas and samurai.

The problem is that I don't quite know how to make the original piece to cast.
I was thinking do use a pole and 2 axe pieces, but I am not sure I that will work. Any ideas?

Anyway what scale is this supposed to be? I'd be interested in seeing this in the hands of a person to have some idea of size.

The link was broken earlier in the day, but it is all fixed now.

On a scale of size, it would have to fit a minifig so about the length of a spear and not to much longer. I would also like to add that it does not have to be purist. Also the colours do not matter as this is only am original template.

Another point to consider is that you have to be able to attach a 1x1 'cone' to the piece to be able to inject the plastic in.

Had a bit of tinkering time so came up with two possible ideas...

Made with lightsaber that will be cut to a better size, 2 hooks which the stud will be cut off from and the same 2 teeth.

The only problem with these designs is that it is very hard to attach a vent to, any ideas on that?
(a vent is something that plastic is poured through.)
Have no favourite out of these 2 and would appreciate opinions. thank you!
