I been wanting to make decals for awhile, specifically FF decals. I'm still new with it so bear with me on it. Made it in Paint since it is all I have. Based on Lightning's uniform in Final Fantasy XIII.

*Note this isn't the finished product.

Looks like you've got a good start Omi! :) I would suggest adding a "female figure" design similar to this:

I was trying to size it with the Arealight Curved Torso template, but right now its pissing me off. I may go both ways by added shaded curves as well as make it applicable to curved torsos.

And I also need to add teh breast outlines as well. :P

That's a great start Omi!
A little shading for the curves, and detail lines for gender and you'll have a sharp decal.
for the curves, can you use an oval and shade it in?
