What happens when politicians get angry? Chemical warfare.

Intro

"You won't do it. You know the consequences just as good as the rest of us," a cleanly dressed man said, wiping his brow with a handkerchief.
"You think I wouldn't? What's left for me after this? Prison? **** no, if I'm going out, I'm going out with a bang," another man said, a cigar leaving trails of smoke to the ceiling, slightly tipping the chair he was sitting on backwards.
"Now let's not be rash; I called you here to negotiate this. They say keep your friends closer, and your enemies closer, hahah," the man chuckled, hoping to lighten the clear tension of the room. The light's over head light only where it's beam shown down, and easily rose the temperature of the concentraited area five degrees. One man had his sleeves rolled up with a tie, and his jacket off, while the other man wore an olive green darb that looked to be military-issued.
"Kennedy, if you called this meeting to negotiate, then why do you have the secret service positioned outside each door in pairs, with video cameras at every corner in this room?"
"It's only precautionary, you have no idea how hard it was just to get this little conversation together without them in the room, as you know after all those weapon/threat checks," he said, grinning, once again wiping his brow.
"Now isn't the time to be joking, when I have the button to this country's demise at my fingertips, John."
"Whoa whoa whoa, like I said, let's not be rash. Now, back to busine--" as the man was cut off by a door being opened, another important looking man walking in. "Richie! Good to see ya! Haha, like I said, keep your enemies closer! Hahah."
"You better damn well tell us the bipass code for your missles' security confirmation! I won't have such a supply of missles pointed at my front door, Castro, and you're gonna fix this!" The man shouted, obviously aggravated from hearing reports of failures of tries to hack into this missle launch system mentioned.
"Whoa, the tension in this room is sky-rocketing higher than our creed for a trip to the moon! Richie, have a seat. We can all talk this out like men, and leave the rambling to the dogs."
"Mr. President," 'Richie' said with distaste in his voice, "this is a very serious issue and must be dealt with right away. I'm tired of playing ball with this Cuban conartist."
"I think you forget who this 'Cuban conartist' is, Nixon!" Castro shouted back in remark to the comment.
"Hold it right there!" Kennedy shouted, slamming his fist on the table. The meeting room went quiet. "I said we'd solve this like men and not fight like children, and if you two don't stop fighting now, I'll have to get security in here. Now listen, Castro, I know things have been tight. Holding the USSR's weapon supply at our doorstep isn't something we're willing to allow, though. Tensions with them are even higher than ours. We see this sheltering of such weapons as a major threat, and cannot have you hold onto them as such, whether you are allies with them or not. I know you were pressured into seeking their protection after, as you call it, Playa Girón, but we wish to renew our bond. Especially with this great trouble on our hands."
"Hmm..." Castro thought, rubbing his beard.
As he thought, yet another man, this time a secret service agent, burst through the door.
"Excuse me, but we are extremely busy here--"
"Sir, Castro is no longer in control of the missle supply," the man said, his sunglasses covering the reactions in his eyes.
President Kennedy and Nixon cheered, while Castro grabbed his head with his hands and shouted, "HOW?! HOW?!"
"...But we don't have it, either. Some Cuban/Soviet nationalists somehow got control of the codes," the agent said, worry collecting in his voice. "Come with me."
The three men quickly ejected themselves from their seats and walked out of the meeting room, into the heart of the Pentagon. They headed over to the mainframe-telescreen, as the agent told one of the workers to play the message. As the message beamed to life on the screen, it revealed three men. One in a suit in the middle, and two with guns and bandanas covering their faces. The man in the middle wore nothing and bore his true identity to the screen. He spoke in Russian, but the teleproctor translated into subtitles on the bottom of his message.

"Hello, President Kennedy. As your men have been trying, we have gotten the activation code and have the launch sequences set up. You are no longer in control here, Fidel. My name is Vladd Nikolova. If you want to set up a negotiation, we shall meet very soon. Castro should know very well where to send a reply to if you want to compromise; that is, unless you want your country to crumble faster than your economy did thirty years ago, hahahah."
The screen went black.
All turned to Castro; the Cuban Missle Crisis just became a lot more complicated.
"Ahem, Mr. Castro, I believe you have some explaining to do," President Kennedy said, motioning his men to 'escort' right back to the meeting room.
________________________________________________________________________________
Just a very short intro. For those who didn't understand, most of it was taking place during a meeting about the Cuban Missle Crisis/Bay of Pigs invasion, and near the end started becoming an alternate-historic event. ;) More to come, eventually/hopefully evolving a little more action-y soon. If I have enough time, too. This is easy to write about for me, so hopefully it'll last longer than other projects have been that I've had. Enjoy ;D

Yep. It'll grow more world-like proportionate, and the conflicts will rise to great levels as well.

The whole plot reminds me of black ops in op 40. ;)

Hey! You're stealing my alternate history thunder! X0

Just kidding. :) I really like it. You're really good at writing varied dialogue, something I have trouble with. Great job!

Oh, and where is the picture from?

Just 'cause the Bay of Pigs invasion was in Black Ops doesn't mean my story is based on Black Ops. :9

This is really good TSol!
Nice interplay with your characters and a good depth foundation. Can't wait to see where you build from here!
