 Post subject: My order was missing an item, what do I do?

My order (number 22714) arrived today (well I picked it up from the post office today) and it was missing a silver shovel (which IS mentioned on the included packing slIp). It did include a sand green shovel, a blue military rifle and a bronze military shield. (which are presumably my freebies in this order)

Everything else in the order arrived just fine and I did a through search of the bag and the area where I opened it and there is no sign whatsoever of the silver shovel.

Same process as Replacements for Damaged Parts.



@Smithies: I think the title of that thread should be changed to "Replacements for Damaged/Missing Parts".. ;)

The outcome is that I contacted BrickForge and they are supposedly going to send out a replacement shovel.
