Your photo is focused on the candy behind your minfig (look at larger photo), I would guess the camera was a little too close to your HLOF minfig.
You might try putting a white piece of paper behind it next time you take a photo, that will help the camera focus, and step back a little bit also.

Sizes:

Above photo is - 216 pixels high x 147 pixels wide (or 3 inches high x 2+ inches wide)

Linked photot is - 432 pixels high x 576 pixels wide (or 6 inches high x 8 inches wide)

Ok, I'm sorry. I misunderstood what you were asking.

You can change the image size in either your photo/art program, or in a word document program that supports images.
Select the image/size option and make the image:

217 pixels wide x 144 pixels high or
3.014 inches wide x 2 inches high

Then print.

This should come out the correct size.

ok some time ago and i come say any thing here again well i try to create a FULL texture pack but i only put here wen is done ok?
this pack include:

Half Life itens and armors;
GDI and NOD soldiers;
Some creative things;
Butons for 1x1or 1x2, 2x1 or 2x2 and 2x4 pieces;
a smal tut sayng how to create a turret for lego mans(I FAIL IN THE TUT NO TUTS MORE!!!)
