Yeah just send me a picture you want to use as an avatar (nothing graphic please) and I'll resize it for you because I know what size the avatars have to be.

Hey guys, I figured out how to post Flickr images to this forum!
1. In your photo, go to the "Share This" button.
2. Under that menu, select "Grab the HTML/bbCode
3. Select BBcode
4. Copy/paste the output into where it is needed!

Ex.:
