Angry Customer:I would like a refund on the additional amount
my son paid to have his order shipped faster than regular delivery. His order was placed on 4/21 and shipped on 4/22. With one to three day service we should have had the package at the latest on Monday according to your timeframe listed on the website of 1 to 3 days. We have already received our mail today and it has not arrived. If you would please let me know the amount you are crediting my account I would appreciate it.

It does not clearly state while ordering that you aren't responsible for delays. What HORRIBLE customer service. We will certainly NOT be ordering from you site in the future and will advise others to steer clear of your company.

We are sorry that BrickForge did not live up to your expectations. If it were possible for our company to deliver our products directly into your hands with guaranteed service we would most certainly do so. However this is hardly economical for us to do so. This is why we rely on a third party (United States Postal Service) to deliver parcels on behalf of our customers. They do not guarantee their services, which makes it impossible for us to guarantee. Even if we did guarantee their services - and refunded all tardy shipments - we would be out of business much sooner than accumulating a handful of poor references. We have looked into offering shipping options from FedEX and UPS, however; shipping fees are out of reach for most of our customers. All of this is explained in our FAQ and Shipping Policies - something we find are commonly neglected by younger persons placing orders on our website.
