This is a no-brainer for most of you but is slowly becoming an outbreak here at BrickForge: PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO REVIEW YOUR ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT

Either people are losing their minds or there is a conspiracy against us. More and more people are incorrectly filing out their address or leaving some sections blank (ie: apt number).

I'm getting more and more e-mails notifying me of an incorrect address after an order has been placed - and in some cases after it has shipped.

BrickForge can no longer sustain sending out a second package due to the fault of the purchaser. I apologize if this somehow makes us a bad guy and regret if this costs us a few customers. In the past when this happened once a month it was no big deal but it's epidemic the past two months.

From now on if your tracking number displays status as 'delivered' , or you checked out with the wrong address we will no longer be liable for missing packages.

-A

^ Either that, or they're trying to abuse a wonderfully nice customer service feature... thing. (Yeah, I have absolutely no clue what to call it |B )
