paypal does the conversion automatically and you'll be billed in GBP. For example, for a US$10.00 order, paypal will be charging your credit card something like GBP5.4+paypal's fee.

Paypal is prabably the best meathod of payment since stuffing money in an envelope and tieing it to a racoon.
