I did it! I got one made that works! To use:
1)Scale to size
2)Print out on fabric or paper
3)Cut along the line along the top
4)Put on minifig
5)Fold/roll the two tabs that come from cutting along the line, one under the other, until it looks how you want it too, then tape or glue it in place
6)Enjoy!

Not at all! Please do! That would be great, I'm not too good at making this kinda stuff w/ computers, I'm better at doing it by hand.

Yeah that's what I did w/ my cowl template. Hand-drawn at first, then fix'd on the computer.

However (comma) I'm still working at my Inkscape skills. Though that's a good idea, prolly gonna do that once I figure the program out.
