Hi there

This is in regards to Order id: #14613

The battle armor piece I ordered is defective - the holes on the right side are incomplete and don't hold a pauldron securely. Is there any way to get a replacement?

Hi there

Thanks for the reply but I have yet to receive any message from Armothe or anyone else regarding my defective order. I hope that someone will respond and resolve my issue this coming week (I know some that some of you are likely busy with the brick show in Indianapolis this weekend)

Shmails, did you send it via PM or email? From what I've heard, Armothe prefers these things to be sent via brickforge@gmail.com.

Carvelln, if you ever have an issue with an order, the fastest way is to send an email to brickforge@gmail.com mentioning which piece which is defective or missing along with your mailing address.

I've had the same thing with my first battle armor-- Armothe was very quick to send a replacement. Just send an email to the address Dylan specified.

Great Customer Service by BrickForge. :)

Yes, Brickforge is committed to customer service, so I am sure that Armothe will fix the problem as soon as he is able. Even if he did not get the message, he will see this topic, and it will be resolved as soon as he can. I forgot about Indy this weekend, that is probably why he has not answered yet. Patience, he is not ignoring your problem. :)

Hey everyone

Wanted to thank all for their input and help. Armothe has indeed come through - not only did he send a replacement battle armor, he even gave me an extra one!
