hi im just wondering if the commander crest or officer plume can be applied to other helmets easily?
they both look like the curve would make it difficult, im thinking of using one with a great helm

Officer Plume is meant for the Centurion Helmet & Hoplite Helmet

Commander Crest is meant for the Legionary Helmet but works with several other BF & LEGO helmets.

Does it fit that one? I was thinking of buying a CCrest and trying it out for my Elven Commander.

That seems to act as a good tall mohawk, too.

BTW, did you ever try putting one of those new curved fire pieces on a helmet? Looks kinda weird.

As to the Commander Crest working with LEGO, one problem does crop up. If you wish to use it with the old style fedora (Johnny Thunder) you might want to either modify the hole or peg, as the peg portion of the piece I recieved is slightly larger than the hole on the old style fedora. I only wish to see that you do not end up with a stress line, like I did. I plan to cover this with a piece of felt on the underside of the brim anyway, but it was a concern innitially.
