well I was searching all day for templates and found some (still need pauldron templates) so what do you guys think for my Hospitallers? also which shield design would be best? also these are my designs.

These look pretty sweet!! I like shield design 2; but it might be cool is you have two level's of Hospitaller's that the "standard/footmen" type use shield 1, and the elites use 2.

ok not having a good, day printed up the decals and found them to be too small evidently my printer likes making a border around the paper making the items small so tell me are these worth keeping or not?

I like it, though you might want to extend the tunic part so it covers more of the legs.

Thank you it was my first attempt at a minifig design.

still need to find me pauldron templates though.

Edit: added a poll to decide which shield type to use.

Given the reference picture, I think that your "tweaked" version looks a lot better. As far as the shield goes, I voted for Type 1. I've never really seen that style before and think that it adds a bit ore character to the figure.
