My orders show up in the order history but they never sent me a shipping notice.

I always receive all confirmation and shipping notifications, including one today. ;)

Maybe there's a problem with your email address? Try changing your registered email address (you can easily make a free address at hotmail, yahoo, etc.) and see if that works. I assume you've already checked your account to see that you have the correct email registered..

Thats the problem Dylan this has only happened in the past month, before that I got shipping notices to this e-mail fine.

Thats the problem Dylan this has only happened in the past month, before that I got shipping notices to this e-mail fine.


That's weird. It's obviously either a problem with your BF account or your email address, and the easiest way to find out would be trying a new address and see if it works. The spam filters may also have gotten stricter so you could add brickforge@gmail.com (I believe that's where the auto-notifications come from) to your contact list.

already on my contact list, the only thing that has changed since the last notification I got was the BrickForge site.
