I have 2 orders which I placed recently and they do not show up in my order history.

1 order, I received a confirmation for the order but have not received an email notifying me that it had shipped. I'm concerned because an order I had place after this one I have already received.

2 order, I received a paypal payment receipt but have not received an email which I normally receive stating the order is being processed and giving me an order id#

Neither order shows up in my order history nor have been received. Should I be concerned about the orders?

I have sent a message through the contact us link, and wanted to make sure that it is working. I know in the far past that it was not working and my message where not being received.

I logged into your account and can see all of your orders - which have all previously been marked complete.

As far as not receiving notifications, I would check your SPAM box and make sure 'orders@brickforge.com' is on your white list.

Armothe I check my spam box and BF is ok on it, but i'm not getting mails either for orders or even for when i get private messages anymore, and I used to get both but not anymore.

I really don't know what to tell you. 99% of our customers have been receiving their order confirmation e-mails which contain their tracking number.

I placed orders back in '08 and can't find them Do they atomatically delete?

I receive my notifications with tracking and my order history is fine.

The contact us works well.

They answered my questions and concerns and took care of everything very quickly. The 2 orders still do not show up in my order history but they did email me to confirm that they shipped out the 2 orders.

When placing an order though, I would check to make sure that the order shows up in your order history. This may or may not mean their is a problem with your order but it is always a good idea to double check on your order if it does not show up in the order history within 24 hours.

Both domestic USPS First Class and USPS Priority contain a tracking number. International orders are assigned a custom's number which is really only useful in letting you know it was shipped, or if you need to contact customs about a delayed package.

PS. Orders prior to August '09 were accidentally purged.
