I realized that I never continued my thoughts on this very thread I started So here are my ideas, some of which may have been said. Dk gray Cow (or even in the Bley varity for oxen), Blue plumes for the hoplite helm, Yellow Turban top caps (possibly making the fig bald), Color tinted Chrome pieces. That's all I can think at the moment.

One thing I suggest is chromed European armour. That would go perfectly with the chrome Great Helm and Castle Helmets.

You mean Civil War confederate? I thought the confederate soldiers wore grey.

Yeah USA Confederate uniforms were gray and the Union soldiers wore blue.
