Brasso Tutorial

Thanks. I've been wondering if the graphics on minifigs were permanent. I'll have to get some BRASSO. Hey, that word is fun to say: BRASSO

So has anybody tried this technique? I have been away from my computer for over a month, but now that I am back, I will be getting to the next tutorial soon!

Nice Omi! Although the fact that it was so frustrating worries me. Was that the technique, the holding of the pieces, or something else?

Only the Agents vest was difficult, due to the fact that of the uneven surface and was hard to get within the edges where there was ink, but it didn't stop me. I was holding the piece while scrubbing with cloth on something thin (used the point of the BF javelin actually). But the dark blue torso was easy. :)

And since this is my first use of brasso, practice makes perfect.

I now use this technique exclusively. It has probably saved me about a minute off of each piece I need to erase!

I use this ethod to take off double sided heads. I CAN'T STAND DBHs.
