BrickForge works hard to produce high quality products, though as with any company, damaged items will occasionally be missed. If you receive a damaged item in your order or if your order is missing a part, send an email to brickforge@gmail.com, including your order number, what part is damaged/missing, and your mailing address, and a replacement will be sent. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or one of the other Chief Smithies.
