The way that works is that the person who wins the contest will become the tourney champion and the person who is the runner-up will get the tourney finalist icon. Hope this helps.

So will all the contest have these now? And if they will be shouldnt the people that won the contest before the art one get the ranks too?

The contest will have these now and as for the former winner, I'm not sure. Should bring that up with Armothe also.

I've asked Armothe about this before and he said that the winner and finalist will get the icon, but the icon will last only until the next contest. So unfortunetly I don't think the past winner/finalists are going to get the icons.

Well usually it means everybody in the community knows you and you've contributed great custom work.

Well, My guess is it is someone who helps out around the forum with technical stuff. And, due to the purple color, are also moderators. So far the only one is Quickblade, As far as I know.
