I placed an order at BrickForge over two months ago. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been shipped on 3/21, but I still haven't received my order. I sent a message via the Contact Us form on the site and have received no response now. That was at least a week ago. What should I do now? Who do I contact to find out what's going on with my order? Thanks.

send a PM to Armothe here on the site, i'm sure your order is not lost. also where was it being shipped to? some overseas shipments are taking months to arrive.

If it says it's been shipped, it's also possible that the post office has screwed up somewhere. But don't give up hope quite yet.

Just in case anyone is interested, I do have an update about this order. I sent an e-mail to the address that Dylan provided and Armothe's significant other sent me a very nice apology, said that the order would be shipped today, and gave me a $20 gift certificate toward my next order, as well. I am quite pleased with her level of customer service and I hope to place many more orders here. I'm not quite sure what happened to this order, but it seems to be getting taken care of and that's what's important. And I would like to say thank you to all of you who replied and gave advice. It is appreciated.

I also wanted to add that evidently our 'Contact Us' has not been functioning for a few months. LCFs unfortunate missing order tipped me off and I'm glad to say that I've fixed the issue. I apologize all those who used the Contact form to try and get in touch with us, and whose concerns are still floating around the Interweb somewhere.
