with my last order from Brick forge I did not recieve 5 of the items I ordered
(elven helmet black and silver) and (round paldrons black, dark gray and silver)
was this do to out of stock or a mix up and is there anything i can do?

I'm sure they'll send you the missing items at no extra charge now that you've made you problem known.

Yep! They sent me a replacement for some defect Battle armor, So I'm sure they will send you replacements for missing items.
Armothe and Redbean are great people....

Yeah they wouldn't rip you off.

Send an email to brickforge@gmail.com including your name, mailing address, and the items that were missing, and replacements will be sent.

Check the actual receipt first. I thought I was missing some but it turned out they "timed out" of the cart when I made my order.

I didn't make a big deal of it...not to BF anyway >.> I did have to make a big deal to my mom to let me order the other parts

Sorry to hear about the time-out. I peformed a few upgrades to the server and it should be running smoother. I'm also upgrading the SSL cert which should also make things run a bit faster. And I thought keeping up with all these orders was hard enough Being in the IT field has its advantages.
