It's random if/what you get, and it's usually an item that's not something you ordered. It's, as everyone said, Armothe being nice, but it's also a good marketing stratagy. If you like what you get free, you'll order more. If you didn't recieve that item, you may not have thought you'd like it, so would have never ordered any. Get it?

My parents ordered some for me for Christmas and I got for free the top part of a sand green turban. So now I can have a bald orc/goblin. I also got some other awesome freebies. Thanks Armothe

Let's see, at the moment my freebie armory is:
2 bronze hero hairs
1 green space gun
1 sand green space gun
1 bronze square shield
1 bronze question mark sword
1 dark grey boomerang sword
1 sand green knight shield

I try to use all my freebies in something or other, but they seem to be piling up.

That's not the point though. The point is Armothe being generous enough to give you a freebie. It is rude to ask to be able to pick.

Besides being rude (as you're lucky to get anything for FREE), it kinda defeats the whole point of it. Many people have fallen in love with items we would not have ordered otherwise (and subsequently ordered in greater numbers) because of a first exposure to the freebie occasionally thrown in.
