(Hopefully this is the right section to post this to?)

I've been working on putting an order together this evening and had one suggestion for the shop portion of the website. Instead of having to click down a specific item to see its image, would it be feasible to set up thumbnails on the overall "section" pages as well? Clicking on "Armor", for example, would still show the list of items as it is now but also have small thumbnails, like 100x100 or so, so you can see at a glance which item is which. I know lots of folks know BF items by heart, but I for one like to have visual reinforcement when I'm browsing so I'm not having to click through to each individual item. Just seems like it'd make browsing and shopping a lot more intuitive than just going off a name.

Thoughts?

I agree with you here. But more than that, I think BF should make sure each item has a picture where there already are pictures. I know last time I looked there was only like 1 picture for vembraces. I mean, yes, they all are the same thing, but I'd personally like to see them in that color before I buy it.

Not a bad idea. I'll see what I can come up with.

I also think that the shopping proccess more enjoyable if you could add somthing to the cart without going there each time.

Doesn't it already work that way? When I was shopping last night I'd go to the product page, click how many of an item I wanted, clicked Buy, and it added to my cart but stayed on that page. Then I'd keep shopping around for the different items and didn't see the cart page until I was all done and ready to check out.

Hmmmm... It doesn't work that way for me. I have to wait for it to load after each time of adding somthing to cart. It's quite annoying.

What browser are you using? I'm on Firefox 2; perhaps it just a goofy way your browser works...? Dunno.

Maybe Gecko is using the category page instead of the product page?

You just click on the tumbnail of the item you want.
