I have had this problem the past few times i have gotten on this site. It doesnt look like it usually does it is an all white backround that has everything but its hard to explane if it happens again ill take a picture of it and show it but has anyone els had this kind of problem with the website looking diffrent.

Not sure what you mean. All I can guess is perhaps you were viewing the website when its stylesheets weren't showing up.
Screen caps would def be helpful.

It really isn't a problem with the site, but more like your internet connection's.
