Hi there,

I'm posting because I placed an order on the 9th of this month and I received an email that it was shipped out on the 13th. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't received my order. At first I thought it was because of the distance from Ohio to the West Coast, but I wonder if there has been a problem in transit?

Thanks

We will definitely look into it, but its not uncommon for packages to take a few weeks to reach their destination. Doesn't happen often but 99 times out of 100 the package shows up just fine.

Location: It depends.
As a worst-case scenario it might have been lost in the mail.
That's my guess.

It usually takes it about a week/week and a half to get here, but sometimes they do take longer...

I hope that doesn't happen to mine! But if you live on the west coast, tons of things could have happend since there are more ganstre than hillbilly area. (small town, country, mountin areas(sorry if hillbilly is offensive) also the distance! I live in Kansas-Misoura area so...I get it 1 week. (sorry for going a little off topic)

Yeah I live in California and it takes forever for me to get anything through the mail. Sometimes I think about not buying online anymore but there are just some things you can't buy at the store.

Try living in Canada. 3-6 weeks is the minimum wait time on pretty much anything you're waiting to get in the mail. If Canada Customs isn't screwing you over by holding the item for eons 'processing and clearing' it, then CanadaPost is taking its turn by being lazy and simply not sorting/delivering it.

Misery, I tell you.

Have some patience. Shipping errors can occur as well. If your package got sent in the wrong direction, it takes a few days for the USPS to correct that mistake and get it to where it should be. Generally you should wait about a month before worrying that a package may be MIA.

Well, patience is a virtue, and I guess I don't have enough of it. My order was not lost; it just arrived in the mail, and it made my day! Next time, I'll just put more faith in the postal system and wait patiently. Thanks, Armothe!

P.S. Damien, ouch! I guess I should count my blessings about the U.S. postal service, eh?
