Well I suppose it's easier if you have a steady hand for drawing, but I kinda don't like things that feel papery :9 . Maybe if the smooth paper that isn't thick was cheaper...

Very Nice, and its a great way to start with creating one's own designs.

I did some capes with construction paper a while back. They work OK but they're very fragile so I stopped using them.

Paint the paper on both sides ... it does wonders. You can also give texture this way, making things look quilted, camo'd, and more ... using copy paper.

yeah, that's what i noticed. construction paper might not bend well, but it makes a great clothing texture

@minifigCharmed: I never thought about painting them. I did put some tape around the neck-hole which did help to keep it from tearing but it looked kinda weird.

I've painted many paper items ... I'll have to look for some minfig pics for you ...

Here's one: the hunter

His armor is from a template in the BF armory.
Both hood and armor are paper ... painted.

with BF Crossbow:

Painting the paper makes it more moldable.
I can provide my hood template if you'd like. The armor is from the templates in the BF Armory.

Check out my Dovahkin and Destiny minfig in the BF Artistry thread, they all have painted paper clothing.
