Thanks for the comments. The original post was updated with photos of 3 of the villains and 2 detectives. More info can be found on my Flickr. The pink brain thing is a high tech gadget. I really need to quit posting minutes before leaving for work :P. Enjoy.

I'm liking your paint work on the armors, very nice.
I also like the detectives, nicely matched.
I can hardly wait to meet them all!

Thanks MC. I added 3 more villains to the OP. You can see a little more info on them in my Flickr stream. I have a small little scene written out involving the 2 detectives. I just need to work on the MOC involving them. I'm trying not to copy from Marvel or DC too much, but the rogue galleries of both Batman and Spider-man have influenced me. More progress to follow.

Nice! I like the classic Ogel re-do. You even got the trans-red hook and everything. :)

Thanks for the comments :) . I added my latest 3 villains to the OP. These are my last additions for a short while. I have parts for more villains and there are between 7 to 12 more waiting to be finalized. I also have some heroes waiting to be finished. My biggest problem is finding a main good guy to be the focus. The ones I do have built are not really main character material.....well at least not for me.

Yea, Ogel was a pretty neat villain that I wanted to use and when I saw that armor from the Superman minfigs, I knew I wanted to use it for him. Add a cape, change the legs, add vambraces, and give him the updated head from the Fantasy Era Castle sets and TADA!! I also own the other 2 trans colored hooks, so the hook itself will prob have some ability.

He might be my favorite also. I know when I sent the link to my cousin and his daughter that are big comic book fans, they liked him the best also. I'm so glad I thought to use the torso and legs. I think they just go great with this minifig. The cape was something I almost forgot to order. When I made him, I had the Green Goblin and Scarecrow in mind and I think this guy just fits in perfectly between the two.

I have the next 2 days off, so hopefully I'll be able to work more on this project.
