You know what bothers me.
When people throw all 'modern music' into a pot that is labeled 'not as good as the classics'.

For one, not all 'classics' are good. There were bad bands back then too.
Also, not all modern music is bad.

1940s-50s.

Fats Domino
Lou Monte
Louis Prima
Benny Goodman
Bill Haley
Ritchie Valens
Duane Eddy
etc

That's all I've listened to for the last couple weeks.

Agree!

Modern Good = Black Keys, for instance.

Old Bad = Half of the Doo-Wop guys were studio-made jokes, and I've heard some particularly nasty Eastern European classical musical.

My new favorite song for now. A not so famous Ramones song done live (better than the album version). I can't put my finger on why, but I just love this song.

Chasing the Night

Sounds like John Lennon back from the dead.

So, this is kind of music related...
Anyone got any decent car audio setups? Right now I'm running a pair of stock speakers in the front (Until I can order a pair of 5.25" Kickers), a pair of 6x9" kickers in the rear, and a 12" Kicker sub. Sounds really good, but the fronts need replacing as soon as I can afford the front speakers.
...If you can't tell, I have an affection for Kicker. So far the best speakers I've had. X)
However I've decided that I don't like putting audio into a Grand Prix... I had to take the whole rear seat out just to get access to the rear speakers, and I can't stuff the sub wiring under the trim because the trim screws are rusted.... :\
