Coming from the guy who has a cross burned into his shoulder, it's not as great as you'd think.

Woah. That sounds crazy. How did it happen? I take it it was deliberate? Were you a vampire at birth and they branded you?

My buddy thought it would be a good idea. It's weird though because the bottom is like raised up but the top isn't.

Did he give himself one, too? If not, I'm calling coward.

Raised up? You mean the bump of the scar?

Some scars raise up, some are roughly level with surrounding skin, and some are a bit sunken in. It's due to the type/amount of damage as well as genetics and a few other factors. Then there is keloid scars.

On the topic of scars, I have quite a few. Some kind of ugly, some barely noticeable. I'm pretty sure at this point I have scars from head to toe.

Wouldn't exactly call a 6' Marine a coward, but no. My idea, he just actually did it :9

It's raised up quite a bit, half of it anyway.

I have a scar running diagonally from the left of my forehead to the bottom right of my right eye. I'm an 80's movie villain.

I'm a terrible Skyrim parent. I only come home to stash my loot, I'm the most powerful vampire in Skyrim, I'm the leader of the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves guild, and I'm also the reason the child was an orphan. I just came home and the kid asked for a few gold to spend, and my response was "Huh? Sure, whatever. Here's a thousand gold." and then created a display out of the bones of the dragon that just tried to burn down my house with a child in it. My mansion is also filled to the brim with incredibly sharp weapons, ancient cursed artifacts, and almost every poison substance found in Skyrim. Sounds like how I would raise a child IRL.

@CB: Okay, I take it back. Tell your friend not to beat the crap out of me. ;9

@Machetero: Interesting. I think my scar will be just a smooth line on my arm.

@Mac: Neat! Though I was expecting a bear claw slash over your eye. :9

Also, this: http://www.deadline.com/2013/03/steven- ... iniseries/

A thousand times this.

Make that a million.

It's that epic.

I planned to study for the day. What I actually did: Did laundry, went food shopping, stopped by the game shop, went to dinner with friends, played fire emblem multiple times, ate a whole thing of licorice (I'm so gonna be sick), and played LoL.
What I actually did for studying: Downloaded the notes.
...oh well, it's my second class. I'll study at school mostly I guess.

Er, I mean mean roughly level with the surrounding skin.

I was really lucky I only touched the side of the iron, giving me a line. It would have been awful the fry my whole wrist on the flat iron. *shudder*
