Our customized Orc Warband and Org General, with lots of Brickforge, GW Warhammer, along some other custom pieces from other manufacturers. Got to say that Brickforge goblin sword is still my LOTR preference over TLC recent weapons for LOTR - something very crude about it that fits the nature of Orcs.

I love the helmet mod ... it'd be great for a skyrim noric helm.

Again, love the paint jobs and banner. The mods done to the helmets and shields are exceptional also. This is the type of customizing I like to see.

Thanks for the comments, particuarly on the liking of battle worn look. In the latest batch of shields, I started cutting irregular v-shaped nicks in the edge of the shield, which I then dry brush with GW "lead" colored paint. It doesn't seem to be quite as apporiate to do this with the "good" guys, but I might try beating them up a little more.

Looking at this picture, I might be tempted to paint the Orc generals hair - too glossy. I painted the ears to match the green skin tone (its the TLC Werewolf hair), but this might get a coat of GW chaos black, and some dark grey highlights.
