Well, today I truly learned the difference between a small house with good insulation and a large house with lousy insulation (a.k.a. the old farmhouse my parents rent): The old drafty farmhouse my parents rent has 3 oil-filled electric space heaters and a 3000+ BTU wood pellet stove for heat, and it is still freezing cold upstairs.

Since the primary heating system at my house, for whatever reason is not working, we brought 2 of the oil-filled electric space heaters and two small ceramic space heaters over to my house this morning and set them up at various places. It was 50 degrees in the house when we turned the heaters on, and 8 hours later, when we brought another load of stuff to the house, the temp was up to 78 degrees, so not having the main heat system working isn't looking so bad at this point.

Also. I really hate the smell of cats. I do not like cats. Cats are not Biohazards friends. It angers Biohazard when cats sleep on my WIP Pepakura Jun Helmet and mess up a bunch of the folds...

I can do that in 22 seconds.

Well, we're still up in Nebraska. I'm so excited to get back to Colorado, although, with my expert polybag groping skills, I was able to get 2 CMF Golden Conquistadors. A nice lil' find.

Got a new survival knife today with a bunch of tools and crap, including a built-in removable flashlight, a cheap little finger-sized pocket box-cutter at Lowes, and the Escape From Mirkwood Spiders Hobbit set.

I put both knives in my Greaser carpenters. I now have about 6 weapons on me at all times.
