I'm watching after my girlfriends cat while she lives at my sisters, because my brother in law is deathly allergic.
...I swear to god, this is going to be the death of me. I have no idea where it's at right now. Somewhere in my room. All it did when I let it out of its cage, with food/water/litter nearby, is run into a dark corner and start growling at me.
I'm scared.

There's a reason I'm a dog person. I haven't been able to get any sleep yet. I don't like cats. Especially one that will growl at me at FOUR IN THE FREAKING MORNING.

Well, I quite like cats. Except a particular one we once had that behaved exactly like Bio's every time it saw my father...
Anyway, I've finally decided to go full classical linguist with my next 3 years of studying. After christmas, it's called Latin, Greek, English and German for me
Also means less biology in the long run, so I won't complain

I have not seen or heard from my best friend in two weeks. The last time I did see him he was absolutely hammered and "going to AA". I have decent guess of where he's at, but it's not good. If he is where I think he is he's probably been smoking meth. Also his mom called and yelled at me for not stopping him, and I decided to express how much I loathed her and that she was a terrible person, and that this was in fact her fault for being an alcoholic harpy who doesn't let other people be happy because she's not. Wanna hear the best part? This is the second time that this same situation has happened in less than six months. I guess I'll just keep checking the Idaho courts website every day to see if he's in jail yet.

Edit: He called me like 45 minutes after I posted this. Apparently he finally went back to his house. I'm not allowed over there for awhile because his mom is upset. She shouldn't have said that I was a "failure of a friend" if she didn't want me to snap.

Bio, as a long time cat person, don't worry too much about your GF's cat... That kind of behavior is fairly typical when a cat is dumped into an unfamiliar area around people they don't know. Poor kitty is just scared, but should begin calming down before too much longer...

Anyways, my BL order arrived today, so I have something to be happy about (since I still haven't gotten my house yet)... I've been working on modding the ADU Jet Copter into something resembling a Vulture Gunship from WH 40K. I'm still not quite 100% happy with it yet, but I'll try to post pics when I get it more or less finalized.

For sale on EBay. What child on earth would ever play with something like that?! Freakiest thing I've seen in awhile.

Yeah, that looks like the older styled doll. They are 'odd' to us, but were pretty amazing back-back-back in the day.

Last night, spent about 2 hours fighting with our net trying to have a group Halo 4 game, and gave up. I LOVE my internet, yes - grrrr - yes I do.
But, I did end up working some more on my third test piece with my tablet ... so the whole evening wasn't a loss; posted my phase 2 work for look-sees for the interested.
