Yeah, I was too, but it turns out that my local Toys R Us still had about 4 or 5 left a couple weeks ago, and I happened to get a $20 off coupon, so I got that instead of the Ghost Train that I was planning on getting....

I could check to see if they have any left and possibly come to some kind of arrangement if you'd like.

Oh, and there is also a Barnes and Noble in Mechanicsburg that still had one or two Jet Copter encounters a while back... I might see about checking them out sometime soon and getting that set if they still have it (last time I was there, I opted to get the Pharaoh's Quest Flying Mummy Attack set instead).

I'll keep that in mind. I'll see if I can hunt one down in the Cinci area first though. There are so many places in the area that sell LEGO I may get lucky. Before the coupon was it MSRP or typical ToysRUs inflated prices or (dare I dream) discounted?

Typical Toys Я Us inflated prices, but I still saved about $10 on the MSRP, so it was totally worth it....

2 places in an hour radius from my home sell Lego. One place is the local toy store that jacks everything's price way up, like $8 for a collectable minifig way up, and the other place is the Voldymart down in Gunny.

I still live.

I have my license back. I have a girlfriend. My car insurance premium went down for renewal.

Awesome Omi!!

I've been doing a bit of building the past few days. I am using 4 32 x 32 plates to make a medieval/fantasy wooded area for my forest men type guys. I'm using my alt Bricks leaves, and the old pirate cave I had a few months back, but altered. It might be a while before I get it finished because I keep finding things I want to change.

I managed to screw myself out of a paycheck for a month. I now have to wait until the middle of Nov for my Sept check. I'll be getting 2 checks though :) Good thing my wife is great with our money and saved enough for my stupid mistake.

Congrats, Omi! :D Glad to see ya on.

@Hikaro: You did indeed. I only wish I had read it sooner!

Also, when I said I used to live in West Virginia, I meant it. You Idahoans complain about your town as hicksville, but I think my old town would make yours seem like NYC.

Yes. THAT town is where I lived for 7 years. It was like some kind of 70's time capsule with the population of a Skyrim village. |D Terrible place.

Napoleon: sounds kinda like the town I went to High School in....

Omicron, glad to hear things or going better for you, and nice to see you around here.

BTW, here's a pic of my wife and I in our Halloween costumes (we went to the Ren Fair's Halloween thing last weekend):

...And I've ALMOST got my modded Earth Defense HQ done... Just need to add more gunz and stuff to the command center section. Incidentally, I ended up using up all my ADU minifigs, which includes my 3 series 7 Galaxy Patrol figs and two Kre-O Battleship aliens.

First thing I thought of:

Lol. Seriously, every pic of you looks really British.

Sounds like fun. We're about to have our Napoleonic reenactment here in November. :D
