The Meaningless Thread serves as a place to put all those nonsensical and whimsical comments that don't belong anywhere else. When the current Meaningless Thread reaches 100 pages it will expire. Whoever is responsible for the first post on page 100 has the duty, and the privilege, to reset the MT by posting a new Meaningless Thread topic. The first post must include a copy of these instructions and can be subtitled however the member sees fit.(eg: Meaningless Thread-The Revenge of the Meaningless thread - Dawn of the Meaningless Thread v 1.1, etc.

By popular demand, we're back to 100 pages. Sorry Bio, I don't think anyone would be too pleased with 1,000.

I've come to this forum about 3 times in the last hour with something witty to say, and I forget what I'm going to say every time as soon as I click on the MT. Bullocks.

SNOW?!?! Already?! I'm so very glad I don't live near you. I'm annoyed enough as is with 45 and 50 degree weather.

We had absolutely amazing 75 degree weather here. Perfectly clear skies and sunny. It was awesome.

My wife felt something pop in her calf a few days ago coming up our hill. She's been using crutches that we borrowed from her mom. I hope it isn't anything serious, and we are giving it a few days before she decides to get it looked at. No insurance now, and I don't want to think about that issue, or I'll rage...... On a not so serious note though, she was walking and dragging her leg which reminded me of something off a tv show I am torrenting atm. I told her if she is walking like that, she better talk while she does it, otherwise I will smash her skull in. I don't play around when it comes to the walking dead. :9

Sorry to hear about that QB. Here's hoping it's nothing too serious and only requires some rest and time to mend.

Also, I just finished watching the first two seasons of The Walking Dead on netflix and plan on finding season 3 online to watch this week. I too have warned the significant other, who uses a cane occationally, about shambling about.

lol

@QBlade: have your wife check online into the idea of adding cold or heat to where her injury is ... also, consider an ace-bandage if possible for support and less continued trauma.

I'm not happy about the snow either! I'm currently looking up new coldgear underarmor to wear at work ... grrr or brrr ...

Took my wife to a doctors appointment for something else that was scheduled a month ago and the woman there also looked at my wife's leg and said it was a muscle tear. She can rehab it on her own, but to completely fix it, it requires surgery. So I pay for insurance for 12 years, use very little of it and then when I don't have insurance, this happens. X? She doesn't want the surgery anyways, but I dunno how bad it is going to get. She won't have a choice if it becomes worse. I'm pretty disgusted with the turn of events. At least she isn't in pain, unless she tries to walk on it or put pressure.
